How can I purchase products?

You will have to choose the products from the site, then put the products in the basket, then go to the basket and choose the products that he wants to buy, and then complete the process. You cannot cancel an order, but you can cancel it after you have placed it and before shipping has been confirmed.

But if the shipping process is confirmed, you cannot cancel, but you have to wait for the product to be delivered, and then you can review the return policies.

In the event that the shipment is delayed by more than 15 days, you will see the option to object, which gives you the option to cancel the order

What are the obligations of the buyer?

The Buyer is hereby advised to confirm the sum of the Products and costs prior to completing the purchase. The company is not responsible if you choose a product that does not fit your purpose and it is advised to review the return policies. You also acknowledge and warrant that the company has the right to implement the provisions relating to the product that you have chosen against you.

Request Accept:

1. Store: All products you order are sold to you through us
2. Acceptance of the request: Your request will be effective when we confirm the successful completion of the request in the basket, and a text message will be sent to confirm the status of the request, as well as by e-mail, if you previously registered your mail with us, as we will send you the details of the request. We accept payment via:

1. Credit card / ATM card
2. Your e-wallet
3. Gift card if you get the order as a gift.
4. Payment upon receipt (if the amount does not exceed 1,500 Saudi riyals).

In order to allow payments to be made by credit/debit card, we may establish an account for you with our authorized third party payment processors, including accepting their terms and conditions and providing your information to them on your behalf. You give us the authority under this Agreement to do so without us being liable for any damage or loss you may suffer as a result of us doing so.

Bulk Purchase: We reserve the right to refuse any orders - at our sole discretion - if we believe that the same product is being purchased in bulk or in bulk.
