We are currently shipping to all regions of Saudi Arabia only.
The shipping cost is determined according to the value of the order and as shown in the shopping cart, depending on the city to which the order will be delivered.
Your order will be delivered within a period ranging between (3-8) working days within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (depending on the city)
When the operations team receives your order, an e-mail will be sent to you containing the purchase order number and shipment number, and you can track the shipment's path through the shipping company's website after receiving the tracking link.
In the event that the shipment is not completed within 15 days of completing the order, you can contact the site to cancel the order if you wish.
Hayatmart has the right to cancel the order in the event of a defect, such as setting a wrong price, if the quantity runs out, or if the location is changed to another city that requires different shipping costs, or if it is suspected that it is a fraud request.
Hayatmart has the right to verify the identity of the applicant or to communicate with him directly in the event of an error in the information without the customer incurring any additional fees.
In the event that the order is canceled by the buyer before providing him with the shipment number, the full amount will be refunded to him before the shipment is dispatched.
The shipment will be sent to the address that was confirmed upon completion of the order.
The shipping company will contact the buyer to confirm his location, so the buyer must be careful to respond to the messages that reach you for this purpose.
